A one-handed boxer won his debut match.

Michael Costantino was born without his right hand, but had a dream to get into the boxing ring.

He convinced a boxing commission in New York to give him a chance – and he fought against two-handed boxer Nathan Ortiz.

During the fight, he had a glove pulled tight – and wrapped around – the nub at the end of his right arm. And, he uses this shorter arm mostly for defensive purposes.

Well, Costantino ended up winning his fight when Ortiz threw in the towel at 1:16 of the second round, giving Costantino a TKO victory. (New York Daily News)
